What happens when you place an order
Step 1: Find item and place order via phone or email
Step 2: Your order gets sent directly to factory, with your customisation details.
Step 3: Invoice is provided (Electronic or hard copy).
Step 4: Lead Time is between 2 to 5 weeks, depending on size of order.
Step 5: Finished products are then tested and certified, before been sent out.
Step 6: From factory, orders are passed on to our logistics division to handle shipping and delivery.
Step 7: Shipping and delivery may take < 2 to 3 weeks depending on transport mode chosen.
Step 8: Products are delivered to your chosen destination and order is complete.
Step 9: Clients are satisfied with products and refer us to other clients
